    Just moved to South Boston and wanted some Chinese. They are open fairly late so we stopped in. Good selection, and they even offer to make you the food you want if the buffet is running low. Will definitely be our new favorite.

    I love Asian food especially hibachi and buffets. Sadly this place was one of the worst. I read the reviews before going and still thought we would give them a try. Read the reviews they are correct when they talk about the cleanliness of the place as well as the food not being at Health Department standards. I am serious, both me and my friend got sick after eating here. The food in a buffet is supposed to be at a certain temperature and still warm hot. Not barely warm and some even cold is what is being served. The people there seem hot to care, how is the Health Department allowing them to stay open. There is some serious health and food safety violations at this place. DONT EAT THERE!!!!!

    Well went again.  How tough can sweet and sour chicken be.  As tough as beef jerky here.  How luke warm can food be.  Well here it can be luke warm to cold.  I do like the fried chicken wings...they are good.  The soups are piping hot and also good.  Service is ok but how much water can they give you.  If they tried a little, very little the food might be ok.  This place is about to fall apart.  The rest rooms are the worst they fell apart.  You can tell by the haze you see through the glass that this place needs a good overhaul.  But my friend likes the food here and I go.  But no I don't want to go to Shang Hi Chuck.

    Worst buffet ever!  Advertise Hibachi but only during special hours- service was horrible- cashier too busy on phone to communicate!!! Never again- amazing the health department has shut this nasty place down!!!

    Stopped in at the last minute because we were starving. Older building but very clean for sure. The buffet was fresh and much better than we expected. The crab and fish was much fresher than the Maryland crab house (which was 3x the cost in md). I would highly recommend this restaurant as the staff was very friendly and she did an amazing job keeping the area clean. Support these local guys as they work hard and serve great affordable food.
